Frequently asked questions

No. You sell products from the catalogue, stocked and shipped by CODFamilia.

No percentage commission: a confirmation fee (10,00 MAD) and a delivery fee (depending on the city) per delivered order.

Your profit is credited on delivery; you request a withdrawal to your bank account from your wallet.

If the customer refuses the product on delivery, a return fee applies. If they are unreachable, there is no fee.
